Mediation / facilitated dialogue

For WHO?

Relationships—whether with partners, family members, friends, or colleagues—can sometimes be challenging to navigate. Misunderstandings, unresolved tensions, accumulation for pain can leave us feeling hopeless about connection or collaboration. Mediation / facilitated dialogue can be a door te reconnection, creating a space where everyone’s voice is heard (In the we it is actually meant) needs come on the surface and trust and collaboration can slowly rebuild.

Mediation / facilitated dialogue can be offered in various types of relationships, including life partners, co-parents, siblings, colleagues, friends, neighbours, housemates, parent-teen relationships, business partners, and caregivers with those they care for.

You might choose mediation when:

  • Conversations are leading to disconnection: If conversations lead to frustration without resolution, I can support to uncover the underlying needs and find new pathways for understanding.

  • Relationships are strained: Whether you’ve experienced a break in trust or simply feel disconnected, facilitated dialogue offers a way to repair and reconnect.

  • Difficult conversations feel overwhelming: Sensitive topics become easier to approach, with a skilled facilitator guiding the process to ensure safety and empathy.

  • Collaboration is needed: Whether it’s a team, family, or community, mediation fosters understanding, mutual respect, and explores solutions that work for everyone.

Mediation can be is an opportunity to:

  • Express yourself honestly and be fully heard.

  • Hear each other’s layers of authenticity and re-connect.

What & How

Peace, connection, cooperation…

We all dream about it. But let’s face it, it’s not always easy. We have misunderstandings, even with the ones we love the most. Hurt and tensions rise, fights, and sometimes drawn-out, painful conflicts can emerge with the people around us.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Communication challenges can create distance, frustration, and even resentment. But there is a way forward—mediation can help.

Mediation sessions are designed to foster clarity, understanding, and connection between individuals. As a facilitator, my role is not to judge or advise but to help ensure that messages are heard and understood as intended. I help these messages, like precious flowers, reach their destination as they were meant to, rather than as misunderstood or distorted. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where connection, empathy, honesty, and love can thrive.

Mediation can support anyone looking to enhance communication, foster deeper understanding, and heal hurt between them—whether they are intimate partners, family members, business partners, teams, friends, neighbors, or parents and children. It can also be applied within business or organizational settings, as well as in larger groups, such as families or people in co-living situations. I apply NVC to navigate these challenges, focusing on what’s happening between and within people.

When there are more than two people involved, we can have a conversation to figure out the best structure for the mediation, ensuring the process meets everyone’s needs.

I typically start with a 3-hour session. The first 30–45 minutes are spent with each person individually, followed by 1.5–2 hours together. This format allows each person’s perspective to be heard and creates space for meaningful insights and connection.

After the first session, we can decide together whether to continue and whether the 3-hour format works or if a shorter session might be a better fit. I usually recommend scheduling sessions about three weeks apart to allow time for reflection and integration. While every situation is unique, starting with 5 sessions is often effective for deeper shifts and lasting changes in communication and connection.

My intention is to help you create healthier, more compassionate communication, benefiting not only the relationship in focus but all areas of your life. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d be happy to support you navigate through the challenges and bring more understanding and peace to your relationships.
