Individual sessions

What & How

In our individual sessions, I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to support you in connecting with your deeper self—a place from which inner clarity, creativity, and strength are sourced.

IFS helps you explore your inner world by recognising and understanding the different "parts" of yourself—your sub-personalities or internal voices—that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This approach supports self-connection and harmony within your inner "family."

In each session, we start by creating a safe and comfortable space for you to explore what is a alive in you in the moment. Through empathy, we listen deeply to your experience, allowing you to connect with the essence of your being. Empathy, in this context, is a sacred way of listening and accompanying you into the heart of your journey, helping you navigate the complex emotions and needs that arise.

With guidance, you’ll identify the internal parts that influence your struggles and work through any conflicts between them. We’ll strengthen the connection between your inner parts, fostering healing and deeper integration.

As the session closes, we’ll reflect on insights and develop practical tools to help you continue your journey of self-discovery and healing in your daily life. The process may bring up intense emotions, yet it’s designed to keep you feeling safe and supported as you work towards inner peace and growth.

By combining IFS and NVC, I help you better understand yourself and express your needs in a way that fosters healing, connection, and clarity.

Practical information

  • Location

    The session(s) can be held online via Zoom or at our location in Amsterdam, Nobelweg 9H. Where I have a light and comfortable space to welcome you. If you are a business / organisation there is also the option to meet at your location.

  • Duration of a session

    Each session is 90 or 60 minutes long. In my experience, 90-minute sessions allow us to explore and work through deeper layers and close in a way that facilitates deeper integration.

  • Contribution

    Is a choice between €110-€220 for a session of 1.5 hours or between €80-€160 for 1 hour.
    →  The choice of fees depends on your income and free will. The idea behind a sliding scale is that we all have different current financial situations, and we like to be flexible so that your financial contribution fits your financial situation as well as your personal wish to support us.
